Items can be purchased online 7 days a week, however the orders will be processed during our office opening hours.

You can also visit us in person at our office address, where we have a display area and all the items on our website are available to purchase. 

Office Opening Hours

Our office is normally open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm excluding Bank Holidays and Holiday Closures. We will endeavour to advertise our Holiday Closures in advance on the website. However we would recommend calling us on +44 (0)1451 821305 prior to your visit to check opening times, stock availability and so on.


Apart from smaller items which can be posted, delivery is typically an overnight service requiring a signature and can include Insurance. Our overnight service is postcode dependant.

Due to the size, shape and weight of many of our goods, they are delivered via a freight company so tracking information may be limited.

Items that are very large, awkward to unload or heavy, for example roof tents, may require an able bodied person to be available to assist the delivery driver with unloading the item to comply with the drivers health & safety policy. If this is the case you will be advised accordingly.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are determined by the products purchased and the delivery location.

An estimate of delivery costs is available upon viewing your Cart, simply add your items to the cart and then enter your delivery details for information on processing, packing and posting charges.

Mainland UK – Delivery for orders over £199 is free.

Delivery charges to Mainland UK remote postcodes, (e.g. Scottish Highlands), Offshore Islands (e.g. Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Mann) and to Northern Ireland are available through the website by adding your order to the cart and entering your delivery details as above. Please note you will not have purchased anything at this stage.

Delivery to destinations outside the UK is available, please see below.

International Delivery

We are able to deliver to anywhere in the world.

Delivery charges are dependent on the volumetric data of your items, insurance charges and delivery destination.

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please call us on +44 (0)1451 821305 within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help assist you with specific details of how, when and where to make your return. 

Products purchased in store can be returned back to the store, with proof of purchase within 14 days for a repair, replacement or refund.
