Dimensions:450mm Wide x 280mm Deep with 3mm thick steel CARE OF YOUR HILLBILLY CAMP COOKING EQUIPMENT (Cooking Surfaces) Before first use: These items have been made in a steel fabrication workshop. We recommend you wash thoroughly with hot soapy water, rinse then dry completely. Apply a light coating of high temperature cooking oil all over (inside & out) to ovens and cooking surfaces. Place in your oven at home (preferred) – on a moderate temperature or over a low heat for one hour. Wipe off any excess oil and the item is ready for use. (although a second coat of oil & baking won’t go amiss) After each use: Remove any excess food scraps. Add water to the hot pan and place over the camp fire or heat source. Heat the water and allow the pan to deglaze. Empty out the water and wipe the surfaces (inside & out) clean with paper towel or a cloth. Apply a light coating of cooking oil to all surfaces before storing.
